The few times I'v...I have always hated the gym. The few times I've bought myself a membership, with good intentions, it has sat unused until it expired. Sigh. I'm a trained yoga teacher and taught for 7 years...but stopped when my little guy was two because I wanted to be home with him more. So...I'm absolutely feeling the effect of not MOVING and STRETCHING and have lost some muscle. BOO! To remedy this Isaac and I try to get out for a walk everyday. I use kettle bells for weights and do jumping jacks and jump rope for cardio. I throw in push ups and sit ups and some other strenuous exercises. Oh...and lots of plank for my core. :) But it's been a while since I've done this...so you have inspired me to get my butt moving again. Thank you, my friend.
