Banana pancakes as a weekend wake-up call.

Tomato basil quinoa, found here.
Brussels are my own - preheat the oven to 400 degrees, 
slice the Brussels in half,
drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper,
and sprinkle them with onion powder, paprika, and sesame seeds.

Bake for about 40 minutes, stirring once at the half way point.

Portobello mushroom burgers with guacamole and swiss,
roasted peaches,
and sweet potato fries, found here.

Butternut squash mac and cheese,
vegan creamed spinach.

  2. Yum...and we knew you guys would be picking apples! We missed the sheep and fiber festival last weekend 'cause of Wall...have to wait for next year, they do it too early.

    1. Yah - they do their big one here in May, which makes no sense to me! But I guess it makes sense for the sheep... xo
